Ingredients

200g dried figs

Ι00g pine cones

Red and black pepper, roughly milled

2 spoonfuls of balsamic vinegar

Execution

Cut the figs in very small pieces using a knife. Cut the pine cones in large pieces, after roasting them.

Take 2 spoonfuls of the pine cones and mix them together, until they turn into powder.

Join figs with pine cones; add a small amount of salt and balsamic vinegar. Mix the pine cone powder with the roughly milled pepper.

Using your hands, create small balls from the mixture of figs and pine cones, and wrap them in the powder of pine cones and peppers.

Before serving it, leave it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours.
